In a country that often struggles with corruption and inefficiency, my mission as a young public servant is to be a beacon of change. At just 20 years old, I felt the weight of our nation’s challenges deeply. Every day, I see and hear the frustrations of our people, especially the youth, who are disillusioned with our leaders and skeptical of our institutions. But I believe we can do better. We must do better.

When I first ran for office, I had little more than my dreams, my dedication, and a deep love for my community. I wasn’t wealthy, and I didn’t have the resources that many others did. But the people of Victoria chose to believe in me. They voted for me not because of grand promises, but because of a shared hope that together, we could make a difference.
Every time I consider the challenges of public service the bureaucracy, the politicking, the uphill battles, I remind myself of the trust that my fellow Victoreños have placed in me. I stay in this fight because of them. Even when the system feels insurmountable, I persevere, knowing that every small victory brings us closer to the change we all hope to see.
Our people placed their trust and invested in someone as young as me.
My vision for Victoria is bold yet grounded in a commitment to sustainable development. I dream of transforming our town into an eco-city, where progress and environmental stewardship go hand in hand. This vision isn’t just for us, but for the generations that will follow. It’s a legacy we must start building today.Â

Core Values and Guiding Principles: Excellence Through Action
In a political landscape where empty promises are all too common, I’ve chosen a different path. My guiding principle is simple yet powerful: Underpromise, Overdeliver. In every action I take, I strive to let my work speak louder than words. I focus on doing rather than promising, because I know that our people deserve more than just rhetoric, they deserve results.Â

Key Initiatives: 4Ks Advocacy
My advocacy centers on the 4Ks—Kabataan (Youth), Kababaihan (Women), Kalikasan (Environment), and Kabuhayan (Livelihood). These pillars guide my legislative work and community projects, ensuring that every initiative is rooted in the needs and aspirations of our people.
Beyond the halls of the Sangguniang Bayan, I’ve launched personal initiatives like Project Period, which aims to end the harmful effects of disposable sanitary napkins to human health and our environment, and the Pawis Challenge, encouraging physical fitness and community spirit.

Facing Challenges: Standing Strong for What’s Right
The road to meaningful change is rarely smooth. In the legislative body, the “number game” often dictates what gets done. When you’re not aligned with the local chief executive’s administration, resources can be scarce, and the path forward can feel obstructed.
But I refuse to be discouraged. I stand firm in my beliefs, guided by my commitment to transparency, accountability, and excellence. I regularly visit our barangays, listening to the voices of my constituents. I also leverage social media to keep the public informed, ensuring that our government remains accountable and responsive to the people’s needs.
Future Goals: A Transparent, Efficient, and Fair Government
My vision for the future is clear: I want to see our town and province operate with the utmost efficiency and integrity. No more politicking. No more backroom deals. I envision a government where every peso is accounted for, where budgets are transparent, and where the public is actively involved in decision-making. Every taxpayer should feel the impact of their contribution, and every project should be a testament to the government’s commitment to serving its people.
I want Victoria to be a place where citizens feel valued and respected, where the government works for them, not against them. And I believe that by fostering this culture in our town, we can set an example for the entire province of Oriental Mindoro.

Personal Motivation: Shaping a Better Future for the Next Generation
I was born in 1996, and the problems I witnessed as a child are still the same problems we face today. But I refuse to accept this as our destiny. I want to be part of the solution, and I’m committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders who will continue this mission.
I don’t want to stay in public service forever. My dream is to retire early, to travel, and to enjoy life as a private citizen. But before I step back, I want to pave the way for young leaders who will carry on the work we’ve started, leaders who won’t have to struggle as we did, but who can focus on making their public service even better.
At 22, I nearly lost my life, and since then, I’ve viewed every day as a gift. This second chance drives me to make a lasting impact, not just for me, but for everyone I love, for our country, and for the world. This is a dream I hold close to my heart, and I hope you will join me in making it a reality.
Thank you for visiting this page and for being part of this journey. Together, let’s build a Victoria, and a Philippines, that we can all be proud of.
